/about

I build software for operators who need more than a polished website.

zSpinach.systems is an independent studio working across custom software, AI workflows, automation, web platforms, data tools, and infrastructure.

My work sits between technical strategy and execution: understand how the work actually moves, then build the tooling that makes it sharper, faster, and easier to manage.

positioning

Software should create leverage.

I don't treat software as decoration, a trend, or a disconnected deliverable. Useful tooling should reduce manual work, clarify decisions, connect the right data, and hold up when people depend on it.

That means I care about the full chain: the interface people use, the logic behind it, the workflows around it, and the infrastructure needed to keep it reliable.

The goal is not to add another tool. The goal is to remove friction in the place where it is actually costing time, control, or clarity.

method

How I work

I work closely with founders, teams, and institutions that need technical judgment without unnecessary complexity.

Every project starts by mapping the real workflow: where time is lost, where information gets stuck, where decisions happen, and where software, automation, or AI can create meaningful leverage.

From there, I design and build with clear boundaries, practical architecture, and a bias toward systems that can evolve. The result should be useful immediately, but structured well enough to support the next step.

what i build

What I build

I build custom software, internal platforms, AI workflows, automation layers, dashboards, trading tools, data systems, and web experiences.

Sometimes the work is a public-facing website. Sometimes it is the operational layer behind the business. Often, it is both.

The common thread is usefulness: work that makes the organization more capable, more precise, and easier to operate.

principles

Principles

/01

Clarity before complexity.

A system should make the work easier to understand, not harder to explain.

/02

Built around the operation.

Software should fit the way people actually work, not force the business into someone else's template.

/03

Automation with control.

Automation should remove friction without creating a black box.

/04

AI where it creates leverage.

AI belongs inside workflows where it can support decisions, reduce repetition, and improve execution.

/05

Precision builds trust.

Design matters because people trust what feels calm, intentional, and well-structured.

/06

Build for the real workflow

Support the work without adding ceremony.

/next_system

Build around the work that matters.

If the business has outgrown scattered tools, manual processes, or a website that no longer reflects the level of the work, I can help shape the next build.
