/about

I build software around the way your business actually works.

zSpinach is an independent studio for custom software, automation, dashboards, web platforms, and data tools.

First I understand how the work gets done today. Then I build the tool that removes the bottleneck.

/positioning

Software should create leverage.

I don't treat software as decoration, a trend, or a disconnected deliverable. Useful tooling should reduce manual work, clarify decisions, connect the right data, and hold up when people depend on it.

That means I care about the full chain: the interface people use, the logic behind it, the workflows around it, and the infrastructure needed to keep it reliable.

The goal is not to add another tool. The goal is to fix the part of the work that is wasting time or creating confusion.

/method

How I work

I work closely with founders, teams, and institutions that need technical judgment without unnecessary complexity.

Every project starts by mapping the real workflow: where time is lost, where information gets stuck, where decisions happen, and where software, automation, or AI can create meaningful leverage.

From there, I design and build with clear boundaries, practical architecture, and a bias toward systems that can evolve. The result should be useful immediately, but structured well enough to support the next step.

/what_i_build

What I build

I build custom software, internal platforms, AI workflows, automation layers, dashboards, trading tools, data systems, and web experiences.

Sometimes the work is a public-facing website. Sometimes it is the operational layer behind the business. Often, it is both.

The common thread is usefulness: work that makes the organization more capable, more precise, and easier to operate.

/principles

Principles

/01

Clarity before complexity.

A system should make the work easier to understand, use, and explain to the people who rely on it every day.

/02

Built around the operation.

Software should fit the way people actually work, not force the business into somebody else’s template or process.

/03

Automation with control.

Automation should remove repetitive work without becoming a black box that nobody can check, understand, or fix.

/04

AI with a clear job.

AI belongs inside a workflow where it saves time, supports a decision, and still leaves people in control.

/05

Precision builds trust.

Design matters because people trust tools that feel clear, ordered, and ready to use without second guessing.

/06

Built for real work

Support the work as it is done today, without adding steps, ceremony, or another tool to manage.

/next_system

Build around the work that matters.

If the business has outgrown scattered tools, manual processes, or a website that no longer reflects the level of the work, I can help shape the next build.
